Historic Preservation
Since its founding, Treeline Construction has maintained a deep commitment to historic preservation—an area that requires not only technical expertise in modern materials and structural systems, but also a nuanced understanding of traditional methods, regional construction styles, and era-specific design principles.
Our team brings hands-on experience rehabilitating historic buildings dating back to the mid-1800s, spanning both residential and commercial structures. This long-standing focus on preservation has shaped our approach to construction: thoughtful, informed, and grounded in respect for the craftsmanship and character of the past.
As reflected in our project portfolio, Treeline has successfully completed numerous preservation and rehabilitation efforts across California, with a particular emphasis on buildings located within sensitive or historically significant settings. Over the years, this work has increasingly included structures designated as National Historic Landmarks, underscoring the trust placed in our team to protect, stabilize, and extend the life of some of the state’s most treasured places.
