Historic Ansel Adams Gallery, Family Residence, Dark Room Building and Additional Residences (2014) - Yosemite National Park

This project involved a complete rehabilitation and structural retrofit of the historic Ansel Adams Gallery complex, including all new interior finishes throughout.

Treeline Construction Inc. performed the structural retrofit of the roof, walls, and footings, as well as two masonry chimneys. The work included steel and concrete infill, installation of a new steel flue, and exterior bracing of the chimneys to the wood structure. Missing and damaged grout was carefully repaired in accordance with National Park Service preservation standards.

Treeline also completed the architectural woodwork for the full rehabilitation of the Ansel Adams Gallery, the family residence, the darkroom building, and two additional Ansel Adams residences located behind the Gallery. The project required precision craftsmanship and sensitivity to both the historic character of the site and its ongoing use as a working gallery and residence.
